Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant functionality.
- Supervise and train team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the management team in implementing promotional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with scheduling and maintaining open availability for shifts.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and foster employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
